Tutorial Staff

I am surprised each year by the extraordinary numbers of students willing to stand for positions on the KCSC Executive and for RA roles. This year has been no exception. Excellent numbers stood for election at the KCSC AGM this week - I would like to thank you all for your willingness to give so much to the College and to your Club. Congratulations also to those who will be appointed to positions as ADSS and RAs in 2024. These names will soon be made public. Unfortunately, people will miss out and I always find that very disappointing – it is my earnest hope that you will still return to the College in 2024 to fulfil the increasingly important role of being a senior member of this community. Your presence will be greatly valued by the College.

There seems to be not enough time between now and the end of the academic year. Some will say it is too late to start studying – my personal view is that it is never too late. Just start!!

Please note that the College issues a Statement of Service for those leaving the College. If you would like one prepared for you, please ask Sue at Reception. Some entering the College in Semester II missed out on the O Week experience – if you wish to join next year's O Week you must apply to the Deputy Master by Email – a.eunson@kings.uq.edu.au

Final results for all Inter College competitions were released yesterday – congratulations to everyone and thank you for your representation on and off the field, courts, and stages on behalf of King's. Sincere thanks to Will Robinson (Men's Sports Minister), Claudia Rodda (Women's Sports Minister) and Flynn Boorer (Cultural Minister) for all your work through 2023.
