RESPECT NOW ALWAYS
Class of 2020
Class of 2020

At the beginning of second semester I'm very pleased to welcome a number of new students to King's. I sincerely hope that your time here will be rewarding for you all. I very much look forward to working with the KCSC Executive as second semester is a demanding semester in so many ways – College Balls, sporting and cultural commitments, and the list goes on. Please continue to be supportive of one another throughout the semester.

Congratulations to so many of you on wonderful results at the end of last semester. A sincere thank you to the student leadership team which led from the front in this area of College life!! In speaking of this I must acknowledge the imminent departure of the Director of Academic and Careers Services, Mr Tony Andres. Tony will finish on the 18th August and will move to the UK in September. I'm sure you all join with me in wishing him and Elijah all the very best for their future there. He will be greatly missed by us all. There will be a formal farewell to Tony at the Williams Dinner. Interviews for Tony's replacement will be held on 15th August and I hope to make an announcement shortly thereafter.

As you all know my EA, Ronda Eastall left late in Semester 1 to take up a new role in Government. I'm very pleased to welcome Delia Eastland to the new position of Executive Officer to the CEO and Council - I'm sure she will be made very welcome by all students.

The University's (and hence College's) Open Day is almost upon us – your support is sought and we look forward to having many of you available on the day to conduct tours of the College.

If there is ever anything I or any member of the staff can do to help or support you this semester please do ask.

Best wishes to you all for a very successful Semester II.

Greg Eddy
