There are so many special moments in my job, so I want to tell you about two recent highlights. Amanda Houston, Thérèse and I recently visited Canberra to host a King's 'At Home' and to visit two distinguished Old Collegians. Many students at King's have been the worthy recipients of a Malcolm Whyte AO Bursary and many more will remember Malcolm's brilliant cameo performance on screen at the 110th Anniversary Ball in 2022. I hadn't seen him personally though, since 2009 and so it was very special to spend some time with him again. He will be 104 at the end of this month and he remains as agile and brilliant as ever - he is the oldest living Old Collegian of King's.

The second highlight occurred on Sunday evening. The Students' Club AGM was held to elect next year's Executive, and the Club elected the first woman ever to the position of President. I warmly congratulate Millie O'Halloran on her election as the 112th President and assure her of the College's strong support in what will be a significant year for her.
