King's College's sporting clubs are about to get a lot stronger with the addition of our new Strength and Conditioning Coach, Nicolai Morris
Nicolai is a renowned physical performance coach with nearly two decades of experience in elite sport, spanning roles with Collingwood Football Club, the Hockey Australia and Hockey New Zealand Women's teams, and top-tier teams like Rowing New Zealand.
She has also been instrumental in the success of World Champion and 2x Olympic silver medallist Nicola Olyslagers, guiding her through two Olympic cycles.
Holding a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning and an elite Level 3 ASCA accreditation, King's is lucky to add such expertise to its sports program.
Welcome to King's Nicolai!
