As we reach the mid-semester break, it is a great time to reflect on your efforts and engagement thus far. Once the shine of the first couple of weeks wears off and assessments start rolling in, you can quickly come to the realisation that things are starting to get away from you. The good news is that for most courses, there is still over 60% of the marks available to obtain. So use this as an opportunity to consider, are you making the most of the support here at Kings:
Don't wait until it's too late! Not only can your academic results impact your course progression, but they could also influence your position here at King's.
It isn't just academic support that is on offer, with our Careers Support Program being regularly accessed by many. The successful Broomhead Feros Business & Finance Society Night saw 60 Collegians receive some fantastic career advice, which has prompted many conversations and the creation of LinkedIn profiles. If you are looking for casual or part-time work or are in your penultimate or final year of study and are considering what your next career steps should be, please come and see either Stacey or me.
