Dear all
As we approach the end of Week 1 (or Week 2 for QUT), I have enjoyed catching up with many of you around the campus. As ICC Sport & Cultural competition recommences next week, I would encourage the College to play with sportsmanship, and for supporters to always be respectful.
In addition, Adele and Maike have put together a great program for Wellbeing week which commences on Monday. I look forward to seeing most of the College come together for the Community Dinner on Tuesday evening, as well as supporting Forbes at ICC Oratory.
Open Day, one of the busiest days of the year, is this Sunday 3 August. A reminder to all residents that the College needs to be clean, tidy and highly presentable.
If you are assisting with tours, please be on time for your allocated session(s).
Join us for what is looking like an amazing Wellbeing Week. Very important to RSVP for the Community Dinner on the Tuesday. There will only be a later take-away dinner option to those unable to make the Community Dinner.

A reminder to all residents, Associates and Sporting Clubs that College Photo Day is scheduled for 3pm Sunday 24 August. Academic gown required. Food and refreshments will be served at the completion of the event.
For any student wishing to attend weekly mass, there will be one hosted at Duschene College each Wednesday at 1pm. All welcome.
The Meningococcal B vaccination programme has started at our St Lucia clinic.
Only applies to those who haven’t turned 20 and it’s open to all UQ students regardless of Medicare status.

Please be mindful of where you park around the UQ Campus. The College received a complaint this week from local residents regarding King's residents parking in permit only locations along the Esplanade. Council will do a blitz next week.
