From the Deputy CEO - 20 June 2025

A Well-Earned Break
Sydney Schools Careers Convention 2025
Sydney Schools Careers Convention 2025

Today marks the official end of Semester Two, with move out day tomorrow (prior to midday). I would like to commend the entire College for your efforts over the last few weeks to maintain an environment conducive to study and examinations.

I and other members of the team have had a busy few weeks sharing the 'good news' about King's College across Hong Kong, London, Sydney and New Zealand. As many of you know, 1st round offers went out on Tuesday and there is a buzz in the air around 2026 already.

Whatever you are doing over the next few weeks, please take time to reconnect with friends and family. To those staying at the College, I look forward to seeing you around.

A special note to our Henley Rowers. Safe travels and we are all watching from Australia. GOOD LUCK!

Kind regards,

ANDREW EUNSON - DEPUTY CEO

Students can leave their personal items in their room through this time even if they are not staying through the holidays.

For students wanting to stay at King's during this time, accommodation costs are $225 per week and will need to be pre-paid. Those found to be trying to avoid this, will be charged to your account on a nightly basis. Speak with Emma or Andrew if you have any unique circumstances you would like to discuss.

Applications for holiday stays can be made by following these steps:

  • Go to the Student Portal and select Login.
  • Login using your email address and password.
  • Select the Menu Icon on top left side of Home Page, and chose Self-Service Portal.
  • Select Holiday Stay Request, then Save and Continue.
  • Do you require Holiday Accommodation – Yes or No.
  • If yes, please select the weeks you want to stay
  • If you have an unusual holiday request, please speak to Andrew before pressing the button that says you have spoken to Andrew.
  • Submit Application and wait on approval (You should receive this within 48 hours).

  • Go to Accounts.
  • Tick Manual Breakup and place the amount you wish to pay into the OTHER ACCOM account (You will be told the amount in your confirmation email).
  • Select the Pay Now button to make your payment.
