As I review the Community Points data ahead of starting the room allocations, I'm extremely impressed with the number of students at the College involved. Over 350 students have been involved in over 60 different activities this year which is amazing and I look forward to reporting more on this next week.
If you are looking for something to do this weekend, I would strongly recommend supporting the Men's Rugby Team at the Brisvegas 7's. Games are being played at Wests Rugby Club, Toowong on Saturday at 9.40am, 12pm and 3pm with games on Sunday depending how Saturday goes. I would also encourage the College to get around the boys and attend the Dubai Event at the Rose & Crown Saturday night. Chat to Jack Breen.

As all King's Collegians are aware, 2023 saw the College undertake a Cultural Review which was implemented by an external organisation. From this, 12 recommendations were made and the College now, through the People, Culture and Engagement Committee (PCE), is implementing these recommendations by undertaking smaller actions spread across the year. As an output of the PCE Committee, I will endeavour to keep Collegians up-to-date with how this process is tracking in 2024.

Please note: if you are leaving the College before the dates listed above, you are required to inform our Head Porter, Shawn Kelly, so a room inspection can be scheduled. A reminder to please return your room key, fob, and academic gown before departure to avoid financial penalty.
