Join a small group of students and teaching staff from four Australian universities in a series of three paid online sessions, where we’ll work together to share ideas, concerns, and possibilities for using AI in responsible and meaningful ways.

Whether you’re excited about AI, unsure, or concerned - your views matter. Interested? Fill in this short form: https://monash.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_78pBJAI0TTdCfEq ASAP and no later than 8 August.

What are the sessions?

  • They’re small, interactive online workshops (we call them AI Co-Labs) - not lectures or presentations - where:
  • You’ll share your experiences and opinions about AI
  • You’ll listen to teaching staff and students from other universities
  • You’ll help shape how AI should (or shouldn’t) be used in higher education

What to expect:

  • 3 × 2-hour sessions on Zoom in August
  • Choose your preferred focus: AI & Learning, AI & Feedback, or AI & Integrity
  • No prep, no presentations, no pressure
  • You’ll be listened to, respected, and taken seriously

What you’ll get:

  1. $30 gift card per session (up to $90 total)
  2. A real opportunity to help shape national approaches to AI in education

The project is led by researchers from Monash, UQ, UTS and Deakin. Sessions are recorded for research purposes - securely stored and de-identified before reporting.
