R U OK? shouldn’t be something we think about just once a year. Checking in with each other, having a chat, and making time to connect is something we all need regularly. That’s why King’s is introducing monthly RU OK? Thursdays! Meet at 8:30am at the reception for a walk and talk across the campus, and/or at 9:30am for a bacon and egg roll BBQ in the Quad!
