We all live different lives and there is no one size-fits-all solution to improving mental health and wellbeing. The Be Well Plan is designed to help you develop your own mental health and wellbeing strategy. The program is about experimentation: we will provide a range of evidence-based activities, and you will get the chance to find out which work for you. We will be trying to embed these activities into our daily life as habits. This isn’t about adding a pile of homework to your (probably) already busy life. Instead it’s about making these activities work for you.
