Hello King’s Old Collegians
This email is to provide notice that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held 28 July 2023 starting 5:30 pm for a 6 pm meeting commencement.
RSVP
While not mandatory we appreciate if you can please indicate your attendance via reply email.
This will aid the Management Committee with preparations to comply with any prevailing COVID-19 requirements at the event.
Location
King’s College Chapel, Upland Road St Lucia.
Refreshments
Drinks and canapes will be available before and after the AGM.
Parking
Parking is available along Upland Road and the surrounding streets. For our wiser members, please contact Blake Miller on 0415053232 or blakegmiller@outlook.com.au to arrange parking on the College grounds.
Video Conferencing
To enable participation from members around the world the Management Committee will again host a video stream of the AGM.
Video conferencing details will be provided closer to the event via a follow up email and on the KOCA Facebook Group .
COVID-19 considerations
KOCA will comply with all College policies and procedures which are required for the safe conduct of the meeting.
Should lock-downs or other stronger restrictions exist at the time of the meeting – the Committee will provide an update via the Facebook Group and email with alternative arrangements. options include postponement or hosting an online only meeting.
